What is KLOW?
KLOW 80mg packs four peptides into one vial: BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV. Nobody has studied the four as a mix; each part carries a modest record of its own.
BPC-157 has 15 amino acids, and TB-500 is a seven amino acid section of thymosin beta-4. GHK-Cu is a three amino acid peptide bound to copper, and KPV is the last three amino acids of alpha-MSH.
The amount of each peptide in the vial is not stated here, so ask on WhatsApp before relying on any split.
What the 4 PubMed papers cited for KLOW looked at, 2008 to 2025
Each note concerns one peptide on its own. BPC-157: a 2025 review counted 36 injury studies, 35 of them lab or animal work. TB-500: a 2025 animal study of burned eye surfaces tested its sequence inside a gel.
GHK-Cu: a 2015 skin review gathers lab and animal work on GHK and collagen. KPV: a 2008 study tested it on human gut cells and in mice with colon swelling, measuring signals of inflammation.
No study has tested the four together, so what the blend does as a whole is unknown.

Reading the KLOW record
KLOW stacks four records that were never designed to be read together. The BPC-157 work is mostly rat studies from one group. TB-500 has little research of its own. GHK-Cu has decades of skin and lab work. KPV has cell and rodent work, much of it about delivery systems.
A blend of four such records is not a study of the blend. It is untested as a whole, and the amount of each peptide in the vial has not been confirmed.
KLOW is not the same as the BPC-157 + TB-500 20mg. That vial holds two peptides; this one holds the same two plus GHK-Cu and KPV.
For now, each of the four single peptides' pages says more about its peptide than this blend can.
Each paper here covers one part only: a 2025 review of BPC-157, a 2025 animal study of TB-500 set in a gel, a 2015 review of GHK-Cu, and a 2008 study of KPV in human cells and in mice. None of them tested the blend.
